Creamy Potato Soup for 2

This product is from a customer favorite retailer, Ah Jeez. They specialize in Beer Bread, Dips, Cheesecakes and Soup Mixes! 

Combine mix with 2 cups water or milk and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-12 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cover and let steam 5-10 minutes before serving.
